General Terms and Conditions
Article 1 – Definitions
In these terms and conditions, the following terms shall have the following meanings:

Withdrawal Period: the period during which the consumer can exercise the right of withdrawal;

Consumer: the natural person who does not act for purposes related to trade, business, craft, or profession and who enters into a distance contract with the entrepreneur;

Day: a calendar day;

Continuous Service Agreement: a contract concerning the regular delivery of goods, services, or digital content over a specified period;

Durable Medium: any device that enables the consumer or entrepreneur to store information directed personally to them in a way that allows future consultation and unaltered reproduction;

Right of Withdrawal: the consumer’s option to withdraw from the distance contract within the withdrawal period;

Entrepreneur: the natural or legal person offering products and/or services to consumers at a distance;

Distance Contract: an agreement concluded between the entrepreneur and consumer within a system for distance selling of products, digital content, and/or services, where exclusive use is made of one or more means of distance communication until the contract is concluded;

Means of Distance Communication: means that can be used to conclude a contract without the consumer and entrepreneur being in the same place at the same time;

Article 3 – Applicability
These general terms and conditions apply to every offer made by the entrepreneur and to every distance contract concluded between the entrepreneur and consumer.
Before a distance contract is concluded, the text of these general terms and conditions will be made available to the consumer. If this is not reasonably possible, the consumer will be informed where the terms can be inspected and that they will be sent free of charge upon request.
Article 4 – The Offer
The offer is non-binding. The entrepreneur reserves the right to change or adjust the offer. The offer includes a complete and accurate description of the products and/or services. The description must be detailed enough for the consumer to make a proper assessment.
Article 5 – The Contract
The agreement is concluded, subject to the provisions of Article 4, when the consumer accepts the offer and complies with the specified conditions.
Article 6 – Right of Withdrawal
When purchasing products, the consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract without stating reasons within 14 days. This period begins on the day the consumer receives the product.
Article 7 – Costs in Case of Withdrawal
If the consumer exercises the right of withdrawal, the return shipping costs are borne by the consumer.
Article 8 – Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal
The entrepreneur may exclude the consumer's right of withdrawal for products made to the consumer's specifications or which, due to their nature, cannot be returned.
Article 9 – Price
The prices of the products and/or services offered by the entrepreneur will not change during the validity period of the offer, except for VAT rate fluctuations.
Article 10 – Conformity and Warranty
The entrepreneur guarantees that the products and/or services comply with the contract and applicable laws and regulations. Damaged or incorrectly delivered products must be reported within 14 days of delivery.
Article 11 – Delivery and Execution
The entrepreneur shall deliver the ordered products within 30 days unless a longer delivery time has been agreed upon with the consumer.
Article 12 – Long-Term Transactions: Duration, Termination, and Renewal
The consumer may terminate a contract concluded for an indefinite period at any time, following the applicable notice period.
Article 13 – Payment
Amounts owed by the consumer must be paid within 7 business days unless otherwise agreed.
Article 14 – Complaints Procedure
Complaints concerning the performance of the agreement must be submitted to the entrepreneur within 7 days after the consumer has discovered the defects.
Article 15 – Disputes
Contracts between the entrepreneur and the consumer to which these terms and conditions apply are governed exclusively by Dutch law, even if the consumer resides abroad.
