About Us – Mason & Fell

Mason & Fell was founded not as a business idea, but as a continuation of something we grew up with: the quiet rhythm of craft. We were raised just outside Florence, in a home where everything had a purpose, and nothing was done halfway. Our parents worked with their hands — leather, fabric, thread — not because it was fashionable, but because it was the way things were made.
It wasn’t a studio. It wasn’t a boutique. It was a life built around function, patience, and precision. And in that quiet world, we were lucky enough to learn from two men who would shape everything we stand for today.
Mr. Mason, a British leatherworker who settled in Italy, taught us restraint. His hands moved slowly, deliberately, respecting the grain of every hide. He spoke little, but when he did, it was with conviction: “Feel before you cut. Listen before you stitch.”
Signor Fellini, a third-generation tailor, was the opposite — expressive, analytical, a sculptor of seams. He treated jackets like architecture. “Fit,” he would say, “isn't how something sits. It's how it moves with you.”
From them, we learned that good design doesn’t draw attention — it earns it. That simplicity isn’t a lack of ideas, but the result of choosing the right ones. That if you make something well, it should last — not just in form, but in meaning.
So when we started Mason & Fell twelve years ago, we weren’t trying to build a brand.
We were continuing a standard.

What We Make
We don’t follow seasons. We don’t chase trends.
We build refined essentials: jackets, bags, accessories, and wardrobe pieces for men who value what stays.
Every piece is made with care — designed in Europe, crafted in small runs by production partners who share our standards. We use full-grain leather, tightly woven natural fabrics, and finishes that are meant to wear in, not out. Each product is inspected by hand before it leaves our workshop — not because that sounds good in a sentence, but because that’s how we were taught.

Who We Build For
If you're here, chances are you're not looking to be impressed — you're looking for something that fits.
Our customers are not chasing the next thing. They’ve done that. They’ve refined their taste. They know what works. They want fewer things, better made. Things with purpose.
Things that look better after ten years than they did after ten wears.
They care about structure. About material. About how something feels when no one’s watching.
That's who we build for.

12 Years In
Twelve years later, we're still doing things the way we started: with care, with discipline, and with respect for the man who carries what we make.
Our 12-Year Anniversary is not a marketing moment — it’s a quiet milestone. A reminder that if you build slowly and honestly, something lasting takes shape.
And so, to mark the occasion, we’re offering rare access: select pieces, up to 60% off. Not because they’re old — but because it’s time to clear space for what comes next.
